This is a fun and unique styled top hat that is made-to-order. I will need to contact you directly to figure out the size and colors. The hat in the photos fits my head and is made per the pattern.
Made with acrylic yarn, so it is washable. It is also not stiff. There will only be 3 available at a time to account for other custom orders.
